Sanat, sanatçının elleriyle yoğurup önümüze koyduğu değil, kendi içindeki aşka ulaşma çabasıdır. Ortaya konulan eserler, akıl edilmiş gibi dursa da, akla rağmen ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunu bilir; ama çoğu kez delilik ile dahiliğin neresinde durduğunu kestiremez. Mecnun gibi çöllere düşse, Ferhat'ın önüne dikildiği gibi bir dağ çıksa önüne, yanıp kül olacağını bilse Kerem gibi ateş böceğinden farklı davranamaz. Yaptığı her eserde derine inen dalgıçlar gibi vurgun yer. Sarsılır. Uğradığı sürgünün boyutlarını fark etmekse onun yalnızlığını besler. Her eserde safralarından birini iade eder yeryüzüne. Eseri onun bu serüvende bindiği bir araçtır sadece... Art is not what the artist puts in front of us. But it is the -inner- struggle to reach love. The presented pieces have come true despite the mind, although it seems as if they are products of mind. Knows it but cannot predict generally where it stands between genius and madness.
